RESOLUTION NO. 203-1984
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 080-1984.
WHEREAS, the zoning appeal of Jack R. Dykstra and Jack R.
Dykstra, II, was heard by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, and at the conclusion thereof Resolution
No. 080-1984 was passed and adopted, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 080-1984 is erroneous in that
there was no denial of said appeal but a remand to the Zoning
Board for clarification, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 080-1984 is hereby
amended to read that the aforesaid appeal of Jack R. Dykstra and
Jack R. Dykstra, II, be, and the same is sent back to the Zoning
Board for clarification and said Zoning Board is hereby
instructed to set forth its reasons for the denial of the
aforesaid zoning appeal of Jack R. Dykstra and Jack R. Dykstra,
II.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 13th day of July
