RESOLUTION NO. 251 -1984
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT OF
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS AND MONROE COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman be and is hereby authorized to execute an
Amendment of Agreement by and between the Department of Community
Affairs and Monroe County, Florida, modifying the payment
schedule executed in the Memorandum fo Agreement enacted by both
parties on Deember 16, 1983 and amended on May 18, 1984, a copy
of which is attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of September, A.D. 1984.

AMEND:t-'IENT TO
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is being entered into this 7th day of
September, 1984, by and between the Department of Community
Affairs (here i,nafter referred to as "Department") and Monroe
County (hereinafter referred to as "County"), to modify the
payment schedule (Addendum I), executed in the Memorandum of
Agreement
enacted

1983,
and
amended on May 18, 1984, as follows:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
3. A third payment of $50,000 upon the satisfactory completion
of the work associated with TASK I and TASK II of the Work
Program on October 15, 1984.
4. A fourth payment of $50,000 upon the'satisfactory completion
of the alternative scenarios (2) associated with TASK III of
the Work Program on November 25, 1984.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement,
consisting of seven (7) pages, to be executed by their
undersigned officials as duly authorized.
