WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners p{evi~sl~

adopted Resolution No. 543-1992, concerning the i;Board's
opposition to the use of abandoned bridges as fishing piers; and
WHEREAS, the Board hereby desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 543-1992 due to scrivener's error; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 543-1992 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
