RESOLUTION NO. 314-1984
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85 to
account for unanticipated funds received from The National
Council on the Aging, Inc., now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $143,542.86 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1984-85, an item to be known as Item
#001-331689-00483 - Senior Community Service Project,
which said item shall contain the sum of $143,542.86.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85.

Item #181500-564131-00483 Salaries Administration 8,038.25
Item #181500-564210-00483 FICA 600.91
Item #181500-564220-00483 Retirement 986.53
Item #181500-564230-00483 Group Insurance 329.94

Item #181500-564241-00483 Workmen's Compo Admin. 305.42

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of November, A.D. 1984.
