A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 587-1992
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items to account for
unanticipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal
Year 1993 and to create new items under said budget, and
Whereas, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
587-1992, passed and adopted December 8th, 1992, due to erroneous
amounts, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COunTY COMMISSIORERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated funds
previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year
1993 in Resolution No. 587-1992, passed and adopted on December
08, 1992, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regualr meeting of said Board held on the
10th day of February, A.D. 1993.
