RESOLUTION NO. 10 -1982
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS_ OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TO EXECUTE AND AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC OF THE LOWER
KEYS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Mon-
roe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute an agreement by
and between the Board of County,Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
and the Community Mental Health Clinic of the Lower Keys, a copy of
same being attached hereto.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Mon-
roe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of
January , A.D. 1982.
