RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE ZONING
BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND DENYING THE
REQUEST OF HOWARD P. BONEBRAKE TO REVERSE THE
DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA DANYING A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM BU-2 TO
BU-3Y AS REQUESTED BY JORGE L. CABRERA.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on April 22,
1982, denied the request of Jorge L. Cabrera for a change of zoning
from BU-2 to BU-3Y on the following described property;
The North 595 feet of the East 200 feet of the West 545
feet of that part of the SW~ of the SE~ of Section 13,
Township 63 South, Range 37 East. Plantation Key.
and
WHEREAS, Howard P. Bonebrake having duly appealed said decision
to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the
transcript of the April 22, 1982 hearing, having considered the
argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the matter,
and all premises considered, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows:
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida of April 22, 1982, regarding a change of zonlng from BU-2
to BU-3Y for the above described property, for Jorge L. Cabrera be,
and the same is hereby upheld.
2. That the said Howard P. Bonebrake be and he is hereby denied
a reversement of the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida denying a change of zoning from BU-2 to BU-3Y on the above
described property.
RESOLVED in a regular session of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at Key West, Monroe County, Florida, on
the 9th day of August, A.D. 1982.
