RESOLUTION NO. 33'0 -1982
A RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, UPON
THE APPEAL OF LYNN GROSSMAN.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida,
on June 11, 1982, approved the request of William H. Reuter, Jr.
for a dimensional variance as described below:
Of 30 feet, to build up to 20 feet of the
front property line, on Lots 13, 14, 15 &
16 of Sunkrest Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 107 and located in Section
35, Township 67 South, Range 25 East. Stock
Island. Zoned BU-2.
WHEREAS, Lynn Grossman having duly appealed said decision
to the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Board of
Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the
June 11, 1982 hearing, having considered the argument of all
parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises
considered,
BE IT RESOVLED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~~ISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows:
1. That the decision of the Board of Adjustment of Monroe
County, Florida, on June 11, 1982 regarding the requested dimen-
sional variance for William H. Reuter, Jr. be and the same is
hereby reversed.
2. That the said William H. Reuter, Jr. be and he is
hereby denied a dimensional variance of 30 feet, to build up to
20 feet of the front property line, on Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 of
Sunkrest Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 107 and
located in Section 35, Township 67 South, Range 25 East. Stock
Island. Zoned BU-2.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 13th day
of Decembe~ A.D. 1982.
