RESOLUTION NO. 320 -1983
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT BY AND BE-
TWEEN THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
AND THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONER AMENDING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO THE
STEEL BARGE ON KEY WEST GULFS IDE ARTIFICIAL REEF PRO-
JECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute an Amendment to Project Agreement by and between the the
Florida Department of Natural Resources and the Monroe County
Board of Commissioners, a copy of same being attached hereto,
amending certain portions of the Agreement pertaining to the
steel barge on Key West Gulfside artificial reef project.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 23rd day of November, A.D. 1983.
