A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS TO DEED CERTAIN PROPERTY HELD
IN LIEU OF A CONSTRUCTION BOND BACK TO THE
SUCCESSOR AND TITLE TO THE ORIGINAL ,
DEVELOPER.
WHEREAS , on February 28 , 1970 , Continental Diversified
Industries , Inc. , a Delaware Corporation, deeded certain
properties to Monroe County in lieu of a bond guaranteeing
construction and paving of the development , and
WHEREAS , the suceessor and title to the original developer
has complied with all phases of that agreement , and
WHEREAS , it is no longer necessary for the County to hold
title to these properties in lieu of bond.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. A quit claim deed be effective in favor of General-
United, a Florida partnership , deeding to them Lots 52
through 58 , inclusive, of SUNSET ACRES, according to the
plat , thereof, as recorded in Plat 6 , at page 31, of the
public records of Monroe County, Florida.
2. The original escrowed warranty deed in favor of Monroe 4
County is to be returned to General-United, a Florida D
D
partnership , and successor in interest to Continental
Diversified Industries , Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the the Board of County Couuuissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 9th day of September , A.D. 1983 .

THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this 9th day of

WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10 . 00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
• receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, . interest, . claim and. demand which the said first party has in •
and to the following described land situate, lying and being in the
County of Monroe, State of Florida, • to-wit:
Lots 52 to 58 , INCLUSIVE, of SUNSET ACRES , according
'to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6 , at
Page 31, of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
This Quit-Claim Deed made .and given to release of
record any and all interests of the County of Monroe,
State of Florida, in the above described real property
resulting from that certain Agreement, appearing of
record in Official Records Book 448 , at Page 59 , of
the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
. the appurtenances thereunto belonging. or in anywise appertaining, and
all .the estate, right, interest, , lien, equity and claim whatsoever of
the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
'. benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has caused these •
presents to be executed in it name by its Board of County Commissioners
