RESOLUTION NO. 245 -1983
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF
FLORIDA, AND FLORIDA KEYS BROADCASTING
CORPORATION FOR TOWER SPACE ON CUDJOE KEY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute a Lease
Agreement by and between the County of Monroe, State of Florida,
and Florida Keys Broadcasting Corporation, a copy of same being
attached hereto, for tower space on Cudjoe Key.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 9th day of September, A.D. 1983.

Lessee agrees to pay.to Lessor, during the term of this Lease
agreement, a monthly payqlent of 1')5 10 for ~o feet.

Lessee agrees to provide its own insurance and will hold the
Lessor harmless for any personal or property damage whatesoever.
Lessor agrees to give access to property and building to
individu~l(s) as needed. Lessee will provide name(s) of such
persons desiring access.
All Lease payments are due on the first day of each month after the
Lease commencement date. All rents shall be paid to the Leasor at
the following address, or as otherwise directed by Lessor in
'\vri ting.

The initial term and commencement date of this Lease Agreement
shall begin. ~~~~'hI:lor 1 1~'3 and shall be in effect for a

Additional specificiations to the Lease Agreement:

exeeed this charge the addi~ional electric us.age will be billed
