RESOLUTION UPHO�LDIING/REVERSING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY,Jf—/
FLORIDA, WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND APPROVING/
Di`VI Y�NG THE REQUEST OF CATHERINE C . DONIA TO
REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA DENYING A SPECIAL USE
APPROVAL FOR AN ACCESS DRIVEWAY.
WHEREAS , the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on
July 29 , 1983 , denied a special use approval for an access
driveway on the following described property:
Tract of land in a part of Government Lot 3 , and known
as Tracts A & B and located in Section 14, Township 67
South, Range 27 East . Sugarloaf Key. Zoned GU.
WHEREAS , Catherine C . Donia has duly appealed said decision
to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
sitting as the Board of Appeals , and the Board having reviewed •
the transcript of the July 29 , 1983 hearing, having considered
the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the
matter , and all premises considered, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS , as
follows :
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, on July 29 , 1983 , denying a special use approval for an
access driveway as requested by Catherine C . Donia be, and the
same is hereby u'ril44d/reversed .
2 . That/ he said Catherine C. Donia be, and she is hereby
granted/d'ed a reversal of the decision of the Zoning Board of
Monroe County, Florida, denying a special use approval for an
access driveway on the above described property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County,. Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 28th day of October , A.D. 1983 .
