STAGE TO - REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA DENYING A SPECIAL USE APPROVAL FOR AN ACCESS DRIVEWAY. WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on July 29, 1983, denied a special use approval for an access driveway on the following described property: Tract of land located in Government Lot 4, Section 1, and Government Lot 1, Section 2, all located in Township 67 South, Range 29 East, and also known as Lot 15 of the Unrecorded Plat of Long Beach Estates Section C. Big Pine Key. M.M. 31. Zoned RU-1. WHEREAS, John J. Stage has duly appealed said decision to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the July 29, 1983 hearing, having considered the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows: 1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on July 29, 1983, denying a special use approval for an access dri~~ as requested u~d/reversed . by John J.
