RESOLUTION NO. 311 -1983
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS FOR EXPANSION
OF PRESENT JAIL FACILITIES LOCATED AT JACKSON
SQUARE, KEY WEST, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That said Board hereby authorizes the Project Manager for
the proposed Jail Expansion Project to call for bids, in accor-
dance with applicable law, for construction of an approximately
40-bed moderate-security addition, including ancillary facil-
ities, to the existing County Jail located adjacent to the Monroe
County Courthouse in Key West, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of November, A.D. 1983.
