RESOLUTION NO. 164 -1983
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Special
Taxing District 100 C of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-
83 to account for unanticipated funds received from other govern-
mental agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COt1MISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Special Taxing District 100 C of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1982-83, be, and the same is hereby increased by
the sum of $1,283.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the Special
Taxing District 100 C of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1982-83, an item to be known as Item #331.291
Division of Forestry Grant, which said item shall con-
tain the sum of $1,283.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under "Expendi-
tures" in the Special Taxing District 100 C of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1982-83.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he
is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said items,
as set forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 27th
day of May, A.D. 1983.
