RESOLUTION NO. lR? -1983
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 237-1982 ADOPTED
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA ON SEPTEMBER 20, 1982, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A SIGN LEASE BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND KEYS
CHEVROLET CADILLAC OLDSMOBILE, INC., D/B/A KEYS CHEV-
ROLET RENT A CAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously adopted Resolution No. 237-1982 on September 20,
1982, authorizing the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to execute a Sign Lease by and between
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and
Keys Chevrolet Cadillac Oldsmobile, Inc., d/b/a Keys Chevrolet
Rent A Car for leasing of sign space at the Key West International
Airport, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 237-1982 as Keys Chevrolet Cadillac Oldsmobile, Inc., d/b/a
Keys Chevrolet Rent A Car has never executed said Sign Lease,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 237-1982 of the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby rescinded.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of June, A.D. 1983.
