RESOLUTION NO. 183 -1983
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 321-1982 ADOPTED
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ON DECEMBER 13 , 1982 , AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR TIE DOWN SPACE AT THE MARA-
THON AIRPORT BY AND BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND CHERYL
McPHERRON.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously adopted Resolution No . 321-1982 on December 13 ;
1982 , authorizing the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to execute a Lease Agreement for Tie
Down Space at the Marathon Airport by and between the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Cheryl McPherron,
and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 321-1982 as Cheryl McPherron has never executed said Lease
Agreement, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
I. That Resolution No. 321-1982 of the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby rescinded.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of June, A.D. 1983 .
