RESOLUTION NO. 185 -1983
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JAMES W. BAKER TO EXECUTE
IN BEHALF OF MONROE COUNTY, NOTICE OF LIENS AND
SATISFACTIONS OF LIENS RELATING TO THE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DIS-
POSAL.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 10-1977 , it will become
necessary from time-to-time for Monroe County to file Notice of
Liens and Satisfactions of Liens relating to delinquent payments
of the Annual and/or Semi-Annual Special Assessment for Solid
Waste Collection and Disposal, and
WHEREAS, it is proper that a._pers�on ,-and/or persons be vested
with the authority to execute said Notice of Liens and Satisfac-
tions of Liens, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS . OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that James W. Baker be and he is hereby authorized
to sign, execute and file in behalf of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, all Notices of Liens and Satis-
factions of Liens as may from time-to-time be necessary pursuant
to Monroe County Ordinance No. 10-1977 as amended and as may be
amended relating to delinquent payments of the Annual Special Assess-
ment for solid waste collection and disposal.
That the said James W. Baker shall be fully empowered in the
performance of his duties relating thereto to do all things neces-
sary as the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida
may lawfully do and said Notices of Liens and Satisfactions of
Liens signed by him shall be given full force and effect as fully
as though same was executed by the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners and attested to by the Clerk of said Board.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of June, A.D. 1983.
