RESOLUTION NO. 201 -1983
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COIvlMISSIONERS OF HONROB COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TO EXECUTE A CORRECTIVE DEED BY AND BETWEEN THE
COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA AND EDWARD V.
LISOSKI AND EVA G. LISOSKI CONVEYING A PARCEL OF
LAND BEING A PORTION OF WAHINE DRIVE LOCATED IN
HAWAIIAN VILLAGE SUBDIVISION ON FAT DEER KEY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The Chairman of said Board is hereby authorized to execute
a Corrective Deed by and between the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, and Edward V. Lisoski and Eva G. Lisoski,
a copy of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd day of July, A.D. 1983.

THIS INDENTURE, Made this~2nd day of JULY , A.D., 1983, between
COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, party of the first part, and EDWARD V. LISOSKI and EVA G. LISOSKI,
husband and wife, of the County of Monroe and State of Florida, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other valuable considerations, to it
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part, and their heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Monroe and State of
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land being a portion of Wahine Drive, according to
Plat of "HAhTAIIAN VILLAGE" as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 70
of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida in Section 5,
T.66S., R.33E., on Fat Deer Key, more particularly described
as follows:
COHMENCE at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block G
according to the said Plat of "HAWAIIAN VILLAGE", thence
run S. 77051'00" W. along the Southerly boundary line of said
Lot 1, Block G, said line being also the Northerly Right of
Way line of Old State Road No.4-A, for 45.00 feet to a point
of curvature of a curve that is concave to the Northeast, said
point being the intersection with the Easterly Right of Way line
of Wahine Drive according to aforementioned Plat of "HAWAIIAN
VILLAGE" and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the following described
parcel; thence run along the ar~ of the aforementioned curve,
having a central angle of 90000'00" and a radius of 10.00 feet,
for 15.71 feet to the point of tangency; thence run N. 12009'00"
W. along the aforementioned Easterly Right of Way line, said
line being also the Westerly boundary line of aforementioned
Lot 1, Block G, for 55.00 feet to a point of curvature of a curve
that is concave to the Southeast; thence run along the arc of said
curve, having a central angle of 90000'00" and a radius of 10.00
feet, for 15.71 feet to a point of tangency; thence run N. 12009'00"
W for 52.01 feet; thence run N. 62033'00" W. for 5.84 feet to a
point of intersection with the Northwesterly Riaht of Way line
of aforementioned Wahine Drive; thence run S. 27 27'00" W. along
said Northwesterly Right of Way line for 40.00 feet; thence run
S. 12009'00" E. along the l-lesterly Right of Way line of afore-
mentioned Wahine Drive for 89.92 feet to the point of curvature
of a curve that is concave to the Northwest; thence run along the
arc of said curve, having a central angle of 90000'00" and a radius
of 10.00 feet, for 15.71 feet to a point of tangency, said point
being the point of intersection with the aforementioned Northerly
Right of Way line of Old State Road No.4-A; thence run N. 77051'00"
E. along said Right of Way line for 40.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
THIS DEED IS BEING EXECUTED AND RECORDED FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN THAT CERTAIN DEED BETWEEN
THE PARTIES DATED JUNE 24th, 1974, FILED JULY 31, 1974, IN
OFFICIAL RECORDS 586, PAGES 294-296 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances,
with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, reversion, remainder
and easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part doth covenant with the said
party of the second part that it is lawfully seized of the said premises;
that they are free of all incumbrances, and that it has good right and lawful
authority to sell the same; and the said party of the first part does hereby
fully warrany the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its Mayor and Chairman, and its official
seal to be affixed, attested by its Clerk the day and year above written.

LISOSKI and EVA G. LISOSKI and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed as such officers, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned; and that they affixed thereto the official seal of said
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and the said
instrument is the act and deed of said Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida.
