RESOLUTION NO. 212 -1983
WHEREAS , it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982- 83 to
account for unanticipated funds received from other governmental
, agencies , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously passed Resolution No . 092-1983 , and said Board
now desires to rescind said resolution, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows :
1 . That Resolution No . 092-1983 is hereby rescinded.
2 . That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1982- 83 , be , and the same is hereby increased by the
sum of $2 , 586 . 73 as follows :
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982- 83, an
item to be known as Item #335 . 710 Boating Improvements , which said
item shall contain the sum of $2 ,586 . 73 .
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under "Coco
Plum Boating• Improvements Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83 .
Item #001-093800-572516- 0 Advertising $ 106 . 74
Item #001- 093800-572620- 0 Capital Improvements 2 , 479. 99
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be , and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds ,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items , as set forth above.
