RESOLUTION ~UL~G/REVERSING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF MONROE QP~TY, FLORIDA,
WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND APPROVINCf' n~G THE
REQUEST OF CHARLES G. McDONALD & CHARLES G.
ALLEN TO REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE ZONING
BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DENYING A
SPECIAL USE APPROVAL FOR AN ACCESS DRIVEWAY,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 4-20 OF THE MONROE COUNTY
CODE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on
April 22, 1983, denied a special use approval on property de-
scribed as:
Part of Government Lot 1, Section IS, Township 67
South, Range 27 East. Sugarloaf Key. Zoned GU.
WHEREAS, Charles G. McDonald and Charles G. Allen have duly
appealed said decisiQn to the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the
Board having reviewed the transcript of the April 22, 1983
hearing, having considered the argument of all parties present
wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as
follows:
I. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, of April 22, 1983, denying a Special Use Approval as
requested by Char~~. McDonald and Charles G. Allen be, and the
same is hereby ~/reversed.
2. That the said Charles G.~~ald and Charles G. Allen,
be and they are hereby granted/~.ied a reversal of the decision
of the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, denying a Special
Use Approval on the above described property.
