RESOLUTION NO. 077 - 1983
WHEREAS, it 1S necessary to 1ncrease items under the Municipal
Service District of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83
to account for unanticipated funds received from investment income,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service District of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1982-83, be, and the same is hereby increased by
the sum of $30,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is here by created under "Revenue" in the Muni cipal
Service District of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982-83, an item to be known as Item #381.001, Transfer
from Debt Service, which said item shall contain the
sum of $30,000.00.
(2) The following increase 1S hereby authorized under "Expend-
itures" in the Municipal Service District of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1982-83.

Transfer to Renewal &
Replacement Fund
$30,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board
be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he is here-
by authorized and directed to place said funds in said items, as set
forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 18th
day of March, A.D. 1983.
