RESOLUTION NO. 090 - 1983
WHEREAS, it IS necessary to increase items under the Capital
Projects Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83 to
account for unanticipated funds received from surplus funds, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Capital Projects Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1982-83, be, and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $50,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the Capi tal Pro-
jects Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83,
an item to be known as Item #369.900, Surplus Revenue, which
said item shall contain the sum of $50,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under "Expend-
itures" in the Capital Projects Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1982-83.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board
be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he is here-
by authorized and directed to place said funds in said items, as set
forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioner of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 31st
day of March, A.D. 1983.
