RESOLUTION NO.09L 1983
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83 to
account for unanticipated funds received from other governmental
agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONORE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1982-83, be, and the same is hereby increased by the
sum of $4,906.98 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982-83, an item to be known as Item #335.710, Boating
Improvements, which said item shall contain the sum of
$4,906.98.
(2) The following increase 1S hereby authorized under "Expend-
itures" (Key Colony Beach Boating Improvement) in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1982-83.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board
be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he is here-
by authorized and directed to place said funds in said items, as set
forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 31st
day of March, A.D. 1983
