RESOLUTION NO. 103 - 1983
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Supplement
to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1982-83 to account for unanticipated funds received from other govern-
mental agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1982-83, be, and the same 1S hereby increased
by the sum of $46,950.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the Supplement to
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1982-83, an item to be known as Item #334.710, State
Aid to Libraries, which said item shall contain the sum of
$46,950.00.
(2) The following increase 1S hereby authorized under "Expend-
itures" in the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1982-83.
Item #002-260100-571400-0 Auto Allow & Travel $ 1,500.00
Item #002-260100-571461-0 Maintenance of Buildings $ 3,000.00
Item #002-260100-571462-0 Maintenance of Equipments $ 2,000.00
Item #002-260100-571510-0 Office Supplies $ 2,000.00 ~
Item #002-260100-571166-0 Subscriptions $38,450.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board
be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he is here-
by authorized and directed to place said funds in said items as set
forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 15th
day of April, A.D. 1983.
