RESOLUTION NO. 121 -1983
RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE ZONING
BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DENYING THE
REQUEST OF HOWARD HA}WOND TO REVERSE THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM GU to BU-2T.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, on
April 22, 1982, denied the request of Howard Hammond for a change
of zonIng from GU to BU-2T on the following described property:
Tract "A" of the unrecorded plat of Pine Key Acres, as
located in Section 26, Township 66 South, Range 29 East.
Big Pine Key.
and
WHEREAS, Howard Hammond having duly appealed said decision to
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting
as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript
of the April 22, 1982 hearing, having considered the argument of all
parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises
considered, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows:
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida, of April 22, 1982, regarding a change of zonIng from GU
to BU-2T for the above described property, for Howard Hammond, be
and the same is hereby upheld.
2. That the said Howard Hammond be and he IS hereby denied a
reversal of the decision of the Zoning Board of Monroe County,
Florida denying a change of zoning from GU to BU-2T on the above
described property.
3. That this resolution, nunc protunc, is reaffirmation of
the County Commissioner's action herein described which took place
on March 18, 1983.
RESOLVED in a regular session of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, held on the 29th day of April, A.D. 1983.
