RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE
A LEASE AND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE BY AND BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA AND MR. LARRY DIONL FOR A 30 FOOT BY 40 FOOT
SECTION OF LAND LOCATED ATTHE KEY WEST. INTERNATIONAL•
AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
That the County Attorney is hereby instructed to prepare and the
• Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, is hereby authorlized to execute a. lease by and
• between Monroe County, Florida, arid Mr. Larry Dion for a 30-foot by
I;
40-foot section of land at the K67 West International Airport . -
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
• the 7th day of January, A.D. 19831:
