RESOLUTION NO. 022-1983
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LARRY GRAY AS
INDIVIDUAL AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITA-
TAT IONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF COUNTY
ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, by the te'rms of House Bill 3557 enacted into law in
the 1976 Legislative Session, any Monroe County Building and Zoning
Enforcement Official designated by resolution of the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, may issue citations
for violations of any Monroe County Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the following person
is qualified by reason of training and experience to issue said
citations for violations, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Larry Gray, Monroe County Building and Zoning Official,
shall be authorized to issue citations for violations of any Monroe
County Ordinance in accordance with the requirements of law.
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to foward
certified copies of this resolution to the members of the Judiciary,
16th Judicial Circuit; and to the Honorable Kirk Zue1ch, State
Attorney.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 7th day of January, A.D. 1983.
