RESOLUTION NO. l06 - 1981
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of
the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described
street, alley-way, road or highway, and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing
has been held in accordance with Chapter 335, Florida Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made
to the renouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County apd
the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way,
road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map
or plat, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby renounces and dis-
claims any right of the County and the public in and to the fol1-
owing described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated
on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit;
A portion of the plat of Survey of Roger L. and Sarah
Albury and Alec de Brocq Property as recorded in Plat
Book 2 at Page 51, Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, and being a part of Government Lot 3, Section
33, Township 62 South, Range 38 East, Plantation Key,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the intersection of the East Right of Way
line of the 20 foot road, as shown on said Plat, and
the North Right of Way line of State Road No. 5 thence
proceed S 850 07' 00" E along the North Right of Way
Line of said State Road No.5, 15.16 feet; thence proceed
N 030 22' 00" W parallel to said East Right of Way Line
of the 20 foot road, 242.74 feet; thence proceed N 830
22' 00" W, 15.16 feet to the said East Right of Way Line
of the 20 foot road and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the
parcel hereinafter described; thence proceed N 030 22"
W, 228.85 feet; thence left 90 degrees for a distance of
20 feet; thence S 030 22' E, 225.32 feet; thence S 830
22' E for a distance of 20.31 feet and the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said

meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida
Statutes.
