RESOLUTION l44_ 1981
WHEREAS, it is neeessary to inerease items under the
Munieipal Serviee Tax Distriet of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1980-81 to aeeount for unantieipated funds
reeeived from Bond Proeeeds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Munieipal Serviee Tax Distriet of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1980-81, be, and the
same is hereby inereased by the sum of $ 2,254,622.00
as follows:
(1) There is hereby ereated under "Revenue" in the
Munieipal Serviee Tax Distriet of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1980-81, an item to
be known as Item #384.000, Transfer from Construe-
tion Fund Aeeount (I & S), whieh shall eontain the
sum of $ 2,254,622.00.
(2) The following inerease is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Munieipal Serviee Tax
Distriet of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1980- 81.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and that upon reeeipt of the above unantieipated
funds, he is hereby authorized and directed to plaee said
funds in said items, as set forth above.
