RESOLUTION 145 - 1981
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Municipal Service Tax District I & S Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1980-81 to account for unanticipated
funds received from bond proceeds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service Tax District I & S
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1980-81, be,
and the same is hereby increased by the sum of $ 7,903,147.33
as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service Tax District I & S Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1980-81, an
item to be known as Item #384.000, Revenue Bond
Proceeds, which said item shall contain the sum
of $ 7,903,147.33.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service Tax District
of Monroe County Budget for the year 1980-81.
Item #0981-581-.71 Principal Payment $ 4,000,000.00
Item #0981-581-.72 Interest Payment $ 717,540.33
Item #0981-581-.73 Reserve Account $ 930,985.00
Item 1f098l-58l-9l Transfers $ 2,254,622.00
Total $ 7,903,147.33
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk
of said Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanti-
cipated funds, he is hereby authorized and directed to place
said funds in said items, as set forth above.
