RESOLUTION NO. 165 -1981
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAYMENT OF $43,245.00
TO FRANK KEEVAN & SON, INC. FOR WORK COMPLETED ON
THE PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON STIRRUP KEY
ROAD, MARATHON, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has engaged the firm of Frank Keevan & Son, Inc. for the
purpose of constructing paving and drainage improvements on Stirrup
Key Road, Marathon, Forida, and
WHEREAS, the said Frank Keevan & Son, Inc. has submitted an
invoice for work completed on the paving and drainage improvements
on Stirrup Key Road, Marathon, Florida, Project #106-8003-01,
and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners desires to
authorize payment of said invoice, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows
1 That said Board hereby authorizes partial payment in
the amount of $43,245.00 for work completed on the paving and
drainage improvements on Stirrup Key Road, Marathon, Florida,
Project #106-8003-01 to Frank Keevan & Son, Inc.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of June, 1981.
