RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 2 BY AND BETWEEN
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND FRANK KEEVAN & SON, INC. FOR ADAP
PROJECT 6-12-0037-05 AT THE KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute
Supplement Agreement No. 2 by and between the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida and Frank Keevan &
Son, Inc., a copy of same being attached hereto, for ADAP
Project 6-12-0037-05 at the Key West International Airport.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 2nd day of June, 1981.

Affected by this Supplemental Agreement No. 2
1. On the south and east sides of the Key West International Airport, a
control tower parking area was constructed by the contractor doing the
ADAP-05 contract. This parking area is under another contract with
Monroe County.
The items listed below were used and charged to ADAP-05 by mistake
and are being removed by this supplemental agreement.
(a) Bituminous Prime Coat @ 2.03 gal. _ $212.00
(b) Surface course aggregate @ 72.00 ton. _ $570.00
(c) Bituminous Material @ 0.92 gal. _ $131.00
TOTAL CREDIT = $913.00
2. No time extension to the original contract'is needed for S.A. # 2.
