RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, DOLMES INVESTMENTS, N.V., a Netherland Antilles Cor-
poration doing business as DAVID INVESTMENTS,
have requested that
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve
for record a plat known as IlKEY LARGO NORTH, a Subdivision of a
Portion of Tract 5 of the Amended Plat of Mandalay, Plat Book 2, Page
25, Section 6, Township 62 South, Range 39 East, Key Largo, Monroe
County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules and
regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "KEY LARGO NORTH, a Subdivis-
ion of a Portion of Tract 5 of the Amended Plat of Mandalay, Plat
Book 2, Page 25, Section 6, Township 62 South, Range 39 East, Key
Largo, Monroe County, Florida", be and the same is hereby approved
for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby
authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 14th day
of July, A.D. 1981.
