RESOLUTION NO, 204- 1981
RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM WAGNER AS DIRECTOR
OF DIVISION OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND PROVIDING
FOR HIS DUTIES IN SAID OFFICE AND ALSO PROVIDING
FOR THE YEARLY SALARY $18,000 PER YEAR.
WHEREAS, William Wagner has be temporary holding the office
of Director of Division of Disaster Preparedness and were as this
date he has indecated willingness except an will undertake the office
of permanent Director of Division of Disaster Preparedness and
WHEREAS, the compensation foresaid position is said and fit
In the sum of $18,000 per year and
WHEREAS, said temporary appointed is, William Wagner is made
permanent and he IS now the Director of Disaster Preparedness
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1, William Wagner is appointed permanent Director of the
Division of Disaster Preparedness.
2. That the compensation for said appointment IS In the sum
of $18,000 per year payable weekly.
3. That said position shall be controlled by the Florida
Statutes and all Rules and Regulation of Monroe County.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the14 th
day of July, A.D. 1981.
