A RESOLUTION OF THE'MAYOR AND BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
of Monroe County Acknowledgeing Notice of,the Petition by the
Sheriff of Monroe County on his proposal 1981-1982 Budget;
requesting assistance from -the office of Planning and Budgeting;
particularly requesting that a member of the staff of the office
of Planning and Budgeting be sent to Monroe County, Florida to
aid in the defense of said Petition
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor -and Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida that thei.Notice of.the-Petition of the
Sheriff of Monroe County, Florida concerning his appeal of. the
proposed budget for 1981-1982, is acknowledged and it is further
RESOLVED that the office.of Planning and Budgeting is hereby
requested to assist Monroe County in structuring its defense to
said Petition and to send,a member of its staff to Monroe County
to consult with the proper County -official in that regard as
soon as practical.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 1981 A.D. at
the Courthouse, Key West, Monroe County, Florida.
