RESOLUTION NO. 227- 1981
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATED SALE PURSUANT
TO FLORIDA STATUTE 218.385.
WHEREAS, the County of Monroe did advertise for public
competitive bids for a Bond issue in the amount of $1,910,200,
and
WHEREAS, no conforming public competitive bid was received
in accordance with the Notice of Sale, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSINERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That Monroe County does hereby determine that a negotiated
sale of bonds is in the best interest of Monroe County, pursuant to
Florida Statute 218.385.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, held on the
28th

A.D. 1981.
