RESOLUTION NO. 256 - 1981
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 198-1981
PROVIDING FOR THE TERMS OF OFFICES OF
VARIOUS MEMBERS OF THE TOURIST DEVELOPMENT
COUNCIL.
WHEREFORE, the terms of office of various members of the Tourist
Development Council needs to be defind and set as require by law, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the terms of offices as precribe by Florida
Statute 125.0104(4) (b), shall be as follows:
1. The terms of offices of three (3) Municipal appointee hereto
shall be concurrent with their terms;
2. The terms of offices for the following members shall be as
follows:
Name Term of Office
1. Eddie Breeze August 25, 1982
2. Margo Golan August 25, 1982
3. Dennis Bitner August 25, 1983
4. Rick Easton August 25, 1983
5 . Beth Smith August 25, 1984
6. Frank Romano August 25, 1984
3. This Resolution Amends Resolution 198-1981 and all parts of
Resolution 198-1981 in addition to this amendment remain in fullforce
and effect.
