RESOLUTION NO. 267 - 1981
WHEREAS, it is necessary to create items under the Capital
Projects Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1980-81 to
account for unanticipated funds received from bond proceeds, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Capital Projects Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1980-81, be, and the same is hereby created In
the amount of $1,440,303.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the Capi tal
Projects Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1980-81, and items to be known as Item #384.000, Bond
Proceeds $1,421,553,00; #361.100, Interest on Investments
$18,750.00, which said items shall contain the sum of
$1,440,303.00.
(2) The following items are hereby authorized under "Appropria-
tions" in the Capital Projects Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1980-81.
Item #301-3600-571-62,00 Capital Outlay Building $778,582.00
Item #301-3600-571-62.01 Basic A/E $ 26,250.00
Item #301-3900-571-49.00 Cost of Issuance $ 90,000.00
Item #301-3700-519-62.00 Capital Outlay - Land &
Building $400,000.00
Item #301-3800-572-63.00 Park Improvements $145,471.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioner of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
