RESOLUTION NO. 282-1981
~mEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0654(c)
Florida Statutes, did, at a tentative budget hearing on Septem-
ber 22, 1981, at 5:05 P.M. in the Monroe County Sub-courthouse,
Marathon, Florida, duly amend and adopt as amended a tentative
budget for Fiscal Year 1981-82 for the Municipal Service Tax
District (Waste) and Special Tax Districts, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has this date conducted a final budget hearing pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 200.0654(d) and (c), Florida
Statutes, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO}MISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following millages be levied for the
Fiscal Year 1981-82 and are hereby adopted as follows:
Municipal Service Tax District 100A
(Key Haven - Stock Island)
Municipal Service Tax District 100B
(Big Coppitt - Boca Chica -
Shark Key)
Municipal Service Tax District 100C
(Sugarloaf)
Municipal Service Tax District 100H

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby directed to certify the above levied
millage to the County Property Appraiser.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd day of September, A.D. 1981.
