Key Colony Point Exclusive oceanfront condominiums in the Keys October 8, 1981 Mr. Arthur Skelly Airport Director Key West International Airport Key West, Florida 33040 Dear Mr. Skelly: Thank you for the information provided regarding our interest in placing a framed advertisement on the wall of the Marathon Airport for Key, Colony Point, a luxury condominium complex now under construction in Key Colony Beach. As I understand it, it would be satisfactory to provide a sign three foot wide by two feet high at a location to be approved by Mr. Agnew. On a one-year lease, the charge would be $725 plus 4% sales tax. For your background information, the development is a joint venture called NOR-MAR made up of The Norwood Group and Martin Brothers Inc., both New Hampshire firms, with approval to operate in the State of Florida. As to the design of the advertisement, it would follow somewhat along the lines of the enclosed brochures, which I think you will find in good taste. We would like to contract for a six-month period beginning November 1, 1981 and ending Apri I 30, 1982, with an option to extend for another six months, said option to be exercised on or before March 1, 1982. I am enclosing a check for one-half the $725 plus 4% tax ($362.50 plus $14.50) or a total of $377 for payment for six months, We look forward to your approval of our application and if there are any questions concerning this arrangement, please call me collect at 603-668-5600.
