RESOLUTION NO.344 -1981
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 278-1981 ADOPTED
SEPTEMBER 22, 1981.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously adopted Resolution No. 278-1981 on September 22,
1981 concerning regarding the fixing and delineating of the
boundaries of County Commissioners' Districts and providing for the
renumbering of the Districts, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 278-1981 did not contain the
complete delineation of the boundaries of the County Commissioners'
Districts, and
tJHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners subsequently adopted
Resolution No. 305-1981 on October 19, 1981, which said Resolution
does adequately and legally define by description the County Commis-
sioners' Districts and provided for the proper renumbering of same,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CONMISSIONERS OF HONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 278-1981 is hereby rescinded.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 17th day of November, A.D. 1981.
