RESOLUTION NO. 357 -1981
WHEREAS, OCEAN REEF, a Florida Corporation, has requested
that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
approve for record a plat known as "SUNRISE CAY III OCEAN REEF
PLAT NO. 15, a subdivision of portions of Government Lot 9, Sec-
tion 5, Township 59 South, Range 41 East; and Government Lot 1,
Section 8, Township 59 South, Range 41 East; and a replat of a
portion of Goverment Lot 10, "Plat of Land of Seaboard Properties,
Inc." (P.B. 4, P. 83) in said Section 5; and Tract "C" "Sunrise
Cay Ocean Reef Plat No. 15" (P.B. 7, P. 20) in said Section 5,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules
and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "SUNRISE CAY IIIOCEAN
REEF PLAT NO. 15, a subdivision of portions of Government Lot 9,
Section 5, Township 59 South, Range 41 East; and Government Lot 1,
Section 8, Township 59 South, Range 41 East; and a replat of a
portion of Goverment Lot 10, "Plat of Land of Seaboard Properties,
Inc." (P.B. 4, P. 83) in said Section 5; and Tract "C" "Sunrise
Cay Ocean Reef Plat No. IS" (P.B. 7, P. 20) in said Section 5,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", be and the same is hereby
approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat;
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 15th day of December, A.D. 1981.
