RESOLUTION NO. 378 - 1982
RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA UPON THE AP-
PEAL OF CAROL HILL.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida,
on August 7, 1981, denied the request of CAROL HILL for dimen-
saional variance as described below:
Of 18 feet, to build up to 2 feet of the front property
line, a variance of 2~ feet, to build up to 2~ feet of
the side property line and a variance of 12~ feet to
build up to 7~ feet of the rear property line for an ac-
cessory structure, on lot 1, Block 6 of Geiger Mob1e Home
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 77 and lo-
cated in Section 27, Township 67 South, Range 26 East.
and,
WHEREAS, the said CAROL I1ILL having duly appealed said de-
cision to the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Board
of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the
August 7, 1981 hearing, having considered the argument of all par-
ties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises con-
sidered,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows:
1. That the decision of the Board of Adjustment of Monroe
County, Florida, of August 7, 1981 regarding the requested dimen-
sional variance for CAROL HILL be and the same is hereby reversed.
2. That the said CAROL HILL be and she is hereby granted
a dimensional variance in order to place an accessory structure
on Lot 1, Block 6 of Geiger Mobile Home Subdivision.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting held on the 15th day
of December, A.D. 1982.
