Resolution 023-1961RESOLUTION NO. 23 -1961 WHEREAS, Clarence Becker and Edna Becker, his. wife, desire to convey certain lands to County of Monroe, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, for road purposes, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe County, Florida, described as: Those certain roads designated as "Stillwright Way" and "Sexton Way" in that subdivision known as STILLWRIGHT POINT PLAT` NO. 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 117, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, being deeded by Clarence Becker and Edna Becker, his wife, to County of Monroe, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said deed of con- veyance and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida. Dated 14th March , 1961.
