Establish minimum flows and minimum levels which reflect seasonal variations for Taylor Slough, Shark River and other tributaries of Florida Bay to prevent significant harm to the water resources and ecology of Florida Bay using the best information available at this time pursuant to Florida Statute ~373.042; 2. Ensure that water delivered to Florida Bay meets numerical water quality standards for phosphorous and nitrogen concentrations and ratios necessary to prevent imbalance in the Florida Bay ecosystem; 6. Implement or amend the State Water Policy adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes ~373.026 and ~403.061 to reflect the need for delivery of adequate quantities of fresh water and restoration of natural hydroperiods to Florida Bay and ensure that this water meets numerical water quality standards for phosphorous and nitrogen concentrations and ratios necessary to prevent imbalance in the Florida Bay ecosystem.
