WHEREAS, there is a surplus in the item, Balance to be Brought
Forward - Cash, of the Road and Bridge Fund of the Monroe County Bud-
get for the year 1960-61, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88, dated October 11, 1960, resolved
that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida de-
sired to create an item known as No. 424. 01, Emergency Road Work
Caused by Hurricane "Donna", and
WHEREAS, it was the desire of the Board to increase the total
budget in accordance with Section 129. 06 (d), Florida Statutes, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budget item No. 195; Balances
to be Brought Forward, be increased by $36, 030.18. Likewise, that the
same amount of $36, 030.18 be set up in the newly created item No. 424. 01,
Emergency Road Work Caused by Hurricane "Donna".
