RESOLUTION NO. 79 -196.1
WHEREAS, Jack Worth Enterprises, Inc. , a Florida corporation, de-
sires to convey c.ertain lands to. County of Monroe, a political subdivision
of the State of Florida, for road, purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board. of County Commis.s.ioners. of Monroe County,
Florida, desires, to accept said conveyance, now', therefore; .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
OF MONROE. COUNTY, FLO:RIDA, that the following described land. in
Monroe County, Florida, described.as:
A strip of land 60 feet in width and' extending through the par-
king area on the said Ecstasy Plat, SECTION "A", a .Subdi-
vision of Part of Government Lot 1, Section 35, T 65 S, R 33 'E.
on Crawl Key, No. 5, Monroe County Florida, prepared by
C. G. Bailey, Land Surveyor, August 30, 1948, and which will
begin and connect on the southerly end of Banana.. Boulevard to
and extend to an existing causeway to Block A of said Plat known
as. Ecstasy, and further more specifically set forth in the Sketch
of ,Survey attached thereto prepared by and certified by- C. G.
Bailey, Registered Florida, Land Surveyor No. 62.0, Marathon,
Florida, April 15, 1961, to -wit:
Commencing at the ,Southeast Corner of Lot 9, Block 3 of. "ECSTA-
SY, SECTION All, said Corner also to be known as the point of be-
ginning' of the 60 foot strip of land hereinafter described bear
North 67 degreesaid 38 minutes East for a distance of 60. 00 feet to
the South West Corner. of Lot 1, Block 6; thence bear .South 22 de-
grees and 00 minutes East for a distance of 133. 70 feet to, a point;
thence bear South 40 degrees and 10 minutes East for a, distance of
139. 70, feet to a point on the shoreline as. delineated .on the "ECSTA-
SY, .SECTION A" Plat,- thence meander the shoreline as shown on
said. Plat in a westerly direction for a distance of 68 feet, more or
less, to a point which is 60. 00 feet, measured at right angles. to the
preceding course; thence bear North- 40. degrees and.10 minutes
West for a distance of 119 feet, more or less, to a point which is
bearing South 22 degrees and 0.0 minutes East and 143. 29 feet from
the point of beginning; thence bear North 22 degrees. and 00 minutes.
West for a distance of 143. 29 feet, back to the point of beginning,
being deeded by Jack -Worth Enterprises, Inc. , a Florida corporation, to
County of Monroe, State of Florida, a political subdivision of the State of

under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida, party of the
first part, in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 ('.1.00) Pollars

FLORIPA, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed

release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and to
its successors and assigns forever, the following described real estate,
situated in the County of Monroe, State of Florida, to wit:
A strip of land 60 feet in width and extending through
the parking area on the said Ecstasy Plat, ST?CTI0N "A", a
Subdivision of Part of Government Lot 1, Section 35, T 65 S,
R 33 F. on Crawl Key, No. 5, Monroe County Florida, prepared
by C.Q. Bailey, Land Surveyor; August 30, 1948, and which
will begin and connect on the southerly end of Banana Boulevard
to and extend to an existing causeway to Block A of said Plat
known as Ecstasy, and further r:oro specifically set forth in

thence meander the shoreline as shown on said Plat in a west-
erly direction for a distance of. 68 feet, more or less, to a
point which is 60,00 feet, measured at right angles to the
preceding course; thence bear North 40 degrees and 10 minutes.

equity, either in nossossion or expectancy of, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns forever.
