Section 1.
Appeals for the purpose of hearing appeals and variances as
authorized by Section 105.
Section 2.
This resolution shall take effect nunc pro
tunc to October 27, 1992.
Section 3.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause
or provision of this Resolution is held invalid, the remainder of
this Ordinance shall not be affected by such invalidity.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 26th day of
