RESOLUTION NO. 92 -1961
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Sunset Bay Corporation, a Florida corporation, has
requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record in accordance with Section 177, Florida
Statutes 1953, a plat known as "SUNSET BAY, located in Gov't. Lot 4,
Section 25, Twp. 65 South, R.ge. 33 East, on .Grassy Key, Monroe
County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that
said Board approve said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "SUNSET BAY,
located in Gov't. Lot 4, Section 25, Twp. 65 South, Rge. 33 East, on
Grassy Key, Monroe County, Florida" be, and the same is hereby ap-
proved for record, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval on said plat.
